The uhmw polyethylene sheet can not only absorb the high impact force ,but also has good recovery ability, crush resistant strength, insulativity ,corrosion resistance ,cold-resistance and ageing resistance. An important application is cranes outrigger pad.

Our outrigger pads are made by compound UHMW polyethylene sheet ,this material has light weight, good toughness and UHMW compressive strength ,it's corrosion resistant and easy to clean, the outrigger pad is put down cranes outriggers. The pads will effectively disperse the loading weight and self weight to all pads surface ,ensuring the security for workers and equipments during working time. In condition that the ground can't be confirmed safe ,our cranes pads will increase the contact area between crane's outriggers and the ground and consequently increase the friction force ,so the security will be improved and that can effectively avoid the accident .



The outrigger pad is composed of UHMW pad and the rope handle ,the rope handle made by nylon material ,both two ends of rope are implanted inside of UHMW pad ,sturdy and durable ,convenient to carry and use .

The pad can be customized by cranes loading and self weight ,the size and the thickness of pad will be different ,our crane pad can support the weight from 4 tons to 300 tons ,we can also produce the special model with clients order .
